When it to Sin City, everything is over the top – so why should your steak be any different? This week on #traveltiptuesday we touch on some of the Best Steakhouses Vegas style baby! These places are off the beaten path, very good value and flavor and best of all – they got that old school Vegas Charm. Enjoy!

1) The Silverado Steakhouse – at South Point Casino

The food at Silverado Steakhouse is worth the trek to the far South End of The Strip. Our favorites include the Prime Rib (their house horseradish is amazing) and Grilled Chicken. The bread selection at our table was solid and service was exceptional. Be sure to go for their house salad dressing which features a Champagne Vinaigrette. Silverado’s  low-key, dim-lit vibe makes it a great place to kick back.

2) The Steak House  – at Circus Circus

If you can make it through the hazy, smoke-filled Casino floor of Circus Circus there is a light at the end of the tunnel – The Steak House. An open pit concept makes dinner at The Steak House an unique experience. The cuts of meat here are excellent and our steaks were cooked perfectly. With superb service, a classic cocktail menu – The Steakhouse is a diamond in the rough, but worth it.

3) Binion’s Ranch Steakhouse – at Binion’s Casino

Towering 24 Floors above infamous Downtown Fremont Experience, is Binion’s Ranch Steakhouse – a nostalgic throwback to the Original Las Vegas Strip.  There are no frills here – an iconic menu, top-notch service and great food is what you will find. What really makes Ranch Steakhouse noteworthy, is their classic Vegas vibe. This is the kind of place Frankie would have visited in his day.

4) Battista’s Hole In The Wall – Behind The Cromwell Casino

Battista’s is hands down one of the better known “dive places to eat” in Vegas  – yet still one of our favorites. What makes Battista’s so cool, is their family style cooking made with love….not to mention the all you can drink table wine. Most people seem to overlook the fact that the steak here is really good. Be sure to tip the accordion player well and go for the cappuccino for dessert.
